My dream of becoming prima ballerina is dead.
Dropped by the Royal Ballet, I return home to my empty house in Cornwall with nothing but ghosts, and memories of a past I am desperate to forget.
It takes months of depression before I pull myself out of the bleakness and attempt to start living again. With a new job as an assistant to the wealthy but elusive Sachov family, I find myself caught up in a tangled web of desire, pain and sexual awakening that will either destroy me entirely or bring me back to life.
My name is Rose, and I am their muse.

The very first thing that I loved about this book was the believable main character Rose. Rose has been dealt a heavy blow with Rheumatoid arthritis, RA is a very painful and debilitating disease. People who live with pain, whether from this disease or the one I live with have a choice. Give up, give in and lable yourself a disabled person or you can fight. Learn to live each day as best you can, to love, laugh and make the best of things, they become a person who has a diabiltiy. I believe Rose is definitely the second.
With this Bea Paige has also opened the eyes to mental health issues too, including PTSD. Her characters are very believable and well fleshed out. This book will bring so many emotions out for the reader. Laughter, tears, trills, excitment, resentment, lust and love. It was extremely well written, the flow, consistancy and continuity were great. It had some twists, turns and enough action in between intense emotional moments.
I can not wait for book two!
